Technology Infrastructure project for the new student housing project (Greek Village) at the University of NC, Charlotte.
Buckeye Cabling Systems, Inc. was recently awarded the Technology Infrastructure project for the new student housing project (Greek Village) at the University of NC, Charlotte. The project consists of installing over 10,000 ft. each of 25 pair copper cable and 6 strand MM fiber to the 14 new dorms, the installation of over 30 circa lightning protectors, 14 Chatsworth cabinets, and 29 Commscope Fiber Panels. In addition, we installed 1800 feet of 100 pair copper, 25 pair copper, 24 strand hybrid fiber, and 1" innerduct back to the Facilities Management building on campus. The project has been a complete success, and should be complete by February 1st, 2007.
